At VMAX, we stand by the quality of our electric scooters and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your scooter is in its original condition and packaging, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Scooter
Carefully pack the scooter in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and tools included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
